	ModCon Campers are unique for a number of reasons:

Superb Weight Distribution and balanced This makes it easy to tow and maneuver your Modcon Camper.		Adjustable floor stabilisers This feature makes it really ideal and easy to set up your camper on uneven ground and means you can position your campsite almost anywhere above muddy, stony and thick tussock vegetation surfaces. This means you can set up camp at all sorts of camping areas from caravan parks to national parks and isolated country locations.
Spatial canvas straight wall design The canvas design of ModCon Campers has broken with tradition. Instead of sloping walls generally associated with this type of camper, ModCon uses an easy to attach, straight wall design which gives far more internal room.
	Storage space The amount of storage available in ModCon Campers far exceeds what is usual in other manufacturer’s campers. We at ModCon specialise in making custom designed storage boxes to suit your storage needs. Modcon’s design also ensures that there is plentiful space for comfortable innerspring mattresses. From a Standard Alko Leaf Suspension to the Vehicle Components Cruisemaster Air Bag Suspension.
See the outside world Your canvas living area can feature up to 6 windows and have two doors, easily adjusted for your convenience and to suit any weather conditions. Each window uses a standard insect screen with an inside zippered flap. Each flap can be opened and closed to what ever your opened preference is. The front window above the bed and the back window each have an outside flap that can be used as awnings – thus helping with sun and weather protection. Other side windows can have outside flaps added.

Kitchen Units The space efficient kitchen unit features such as the Deluxe stainless steel 4 burner stove with grill as well as a stainless steel sink.		Sleep in comfort Sleep in comfort and see the sun come up through your own special window just above your bed. Our campers all come with a standard queen size, six inch high density foam mattress that sits on a raised podium at one end of the living area. If you prefer more support, we also offer a six inch innerspring mattress.
	Awnings Because of our straight wall side awnings are erected in a fraction of the time of a traditional style camper. For outside living we offer a range of awning configurations from the basic full length of the camper by 2.4m to all round options. Awnings can be added to the kitchen area, with addition extensions attached to existing awnings to make the sheltered areas even larger. For extra ‘rooms’ walls can also be added to almost any awning.
